chocolate chip cookie notes

recipe called for 2.25 cups sugar, i added at least another 1/2 cup to 3/4 cups.
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
i used half cold butter and half butter flavored shortening
recipe called for 3/4 cups of both sugars, i used half cup white sugar and 1 cup lt brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cups choc chips

spoon onto parchment paper lined sheet. gave plenty of space...3 x 5 cookies on a sheet
375 for 10 mins

My kids will also be coming around the neighborhood to take orders. Be sure to indicate what day you want them delivered (Mondays/Thursdays/Saturdays).
